This store is super clean. Anytime I passed an employee they offered me assistance. The selection is wide especially love all the different types of fruits. Super affordable even the organic food.

Love Sprouts!! But I wish I would have got the name of the cashier we "inconvenienced"by needing to check out, Hope she has a better Day because her whole vibe was Snarl Face and Off..Will be using Sprouts off Rockwell and 122nd if We can help it... as they have always been pleasant.

My family and I have been shopping here since I moved here in December. I also stop by after my workouts to grab sushi and other items, so I’ve been a regular customer. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a roast beef sandwich at the price that is always listed. When the young lady working handed me my sandwich, I noticed the price was higher because of an upcharge. When I asked why, she said they had to use a different brand of roast beef instead of the one they normally use. I explained that the substitution wasn’t my fault as the customer. Rather than offering an explanation or a solution, she simply looked at me and called over an older gentleman, who ignored the situation and didn’t say a word. I told her I no longer wanted the sandwich and left. The issue wasn’t just the extra charge—it was the lack of communication and customer service. A simple explanation like, “We’re temporarily using a different brand of roast beef, which costs more. Would you still like it, or would you prefer to choose a different protein?” would have given me the opportunity to decide before being charged. I am absolutely appalled by the treatment my daughter received during her first visit to Sprouts. My daughter is a polite, respectful 20-year-old young woman who was excited to shop at your store. Instead, she left feeling embarrassed, rushed, and completely unwelcome. Throughout her shopping experience, employees repeatedly treated customers as though they were inconveniences rather than the reason the store exists. While she was browsing, staff told her to move out of the way so they could stock shelves. At one point, an elderly woman was trying to access the bulk herb section while my daughter was hurriedly trying to fill her spices after being pressured to move. Rather than offering assistance or patience, the atmosphere felt hostile and rushed. The worst part occurred at checkout. There was only one cashier available, while the remaining open lanes were designated for self-checkout with item limits. Since she had more items than allowed, she did exactly what any reasonable customer would do—she got in the only cashier line available. The produce here is really good and their sales can’t be beat. Their standard prices are a little high. Not much variety in their selections but most out of the healthy variety. They do carry some hard to find items that you wouldn’t find in other grocery stores. The staff is very helpful and always nice. The checkout process is tight and you could be there a while when the store is busy.
